Our methodology involves dispatching field evaluators (sometimes referred to as mystery shoppers) to a client's business. The field evaluator
anonymously assumes the role of a normal customer and interacts with staff members following a predetermined script. Upon completion of their
visit, the field evaluator completes a web based report which is then edited and released to the client.
